APPLICATION PROCESS

The following is a step by step guide for understanding how to apply for the Forge Dallas Church Transition Residency:

Step One:
Download application by clicking "Apply" . Once complete, please email application to ryan@forgedallas.org

Step Two:
Send email, attaching the application, by clicking the "Notify Us".
Step Three:
Once we receive your application, we will schedule an interview with you.
Step Four:
Within two weeks of your interview, we will notify you regarding an invitation to join our next residency cohort.
April 1 - Start Accepting Aplications
August 15 - Application Deadline
September 15 - Start of Residency
